COMMON QUESTIONS

  Q: Did you create the imagery for the candle descriptions?
 
A: I used AI to generate story-telling imagery that I've ruminated and predesigned          in my head, adjusting the prompts to reach the desired outcome. I would love to        pay an artist to create my designs by hand in the future, but I'm not there yet.

  Q: What type of wax do you use?
  A: I use a coco apricot creme wax blend that is made from apricot, soy, coconut and        food-grade paraffin.

  Q: Is the wax vegan?
  A: Yes! This wax has a lot to offer as it's vegan, non-toxic, biodegradable, skin safe,        and comes from renewable resources!

  Q: Why is my candle wax turning brown/yellowish after my burn sessions?
  A: Discoloration can happen after burning due to the natural tannin in the wooden          wicks as well as the vanillan content of the fragrance oils and won't effect                  performance.

  Q: How long will it take to receive my order (if being shipped)?
  A: Typically 5-7 business days after order has processed and depending on how           packed the couriers are (especially during the holidays, please be patient but feel free to reach out to me to check it out.)

  Q: Do you have a pick-up option?
  A: Yes, but as this is an at-home business, please contact me for pick-up arrangements.
